REGISTRATION
The RFID WORLD 2007 registration counters will be located at the
entrance of the Exhibit Hall. All IEEE RFID 2007 attendees must
check-in at the RFID WORLD 2007 registration counters to
register and/or pick up their badges.
The hours of operation for the RFID WORLD 2007 registration
counters will be:
Sunday, March 25th 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday, March 26th 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, March 27th 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, March 28th 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
IEEE RFID
2007 BADGES
IEEE RFID 2007 badges must be worn at all times and are
necessary for entrance into IEEE RFID 2007 sessions, the plenary
and luncheon panels.
CONFERENCE
PROCEEDINGS
The conference proceedings will be provided in CD format only.
Your CD will be included in the Final Program booklet you may
pick up in Grapevine 1 prior to the Plenary.
LANGUAGE
All conference sessions and publications will be in English
CONFERENCE
MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS
A cash bar will be available at the receptions on Monday and
Tuesday nights on the trade show floor.
A Continental Breakfast will be provided at the Plenary Session
on Tuesday morning in Grapevine 1.
Lunch will be provided at the Luncheon Panel on Tuesday in
Grapevine 1.
Bring your own lunch to the “Fly By Wireless” luncheon panel on
Wednesday in Grapevine 1.
Refreshment breaks will be provided Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday
morning, and Wednesday afternoon in Grapevine 1.
DRESS ATTIRE
Business casual attire is recommended for all IEEE RFID 2007
activities.
