Dr. Wilbur Egner

Dr. Wilbur A. Egner was born in Hancock, NY on March 13, 1966. He received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Clarkson University in 1988 and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 1989. He receivd his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Univeristy of Texas at Arlington in 1998.. In 1989, he joined the Defense Systems Engineering Group at Texas Instruments, Dallas, TX, and worked on various signal processing algorithms. He is presently Vice President, Technology, Cerion Network Intelligence, Frisco, TX.His research interests are in the areas of self-configuring wireless communication networks. .
