Biography

H.C. Lue was born in Taiwan in 1958. He received the B.S.E.E. degree from National Tsing Hua University in 1980, and the M.S.E.E. from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1984. He worked at the superconducting supercollider in Waxahachie, Texas as a Senior Design Engineer until its demise. His technical interests include neural networks, signal processing, and image processing. His current whereabouts are unknown.
