Biography of Xianping Jiang
Xianping Jiang was born in Jangsu Province, China in 1962. In 1983 and
1986 respectively, he received the B.S. and M.S. in Marine Radio Communication
from Dalian Marine College in Dalian, China. From 1986 through 1989, he
was a lecturer in the Navigation Department of Shanghai Maritime Institute
in Shanghai China. From 1989 through 1991, he performed research in remote
sensing at the Electromagnetics Institute of the Technical University of
Denmark in Copenhagen. From 1991 to 1993, he was a research assistant in
the Image Processing and Neural Networks Laboratory in the Department of
Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. After graduating
with the MS in Electrical Engineering in 1993, Mr. Jiang joined Hyperception,
Inc., in Dallas Texas, where he performed DSP algorithm and software
development for the Windows environment. He is currently working for TI
(Texas Instruments), wherehe is working on Wide Band CDMA baseband chip
