Biography

Hiang Cheong (Charlie) Chan was born in Malaysia in 1961. He received the B.S.E.E., M.S.E.E. and Ph.D.E.E. degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1984, 1986, and 1990 respectively. Currently, he works at Micron Technology. His technical interests include neural networks, signal processing, and semiconductor technology.
