The Human Performance Institute is a multidisciplinary research center and, as such, provides thesis and dissertation opportunities to students majoring in any one of a numer of different disciplines. To date, UT Arlingtonstudents majoring in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, and Computer Science have conducted graduate research work at HPI. In addition, students in the Physical Therapy program at Texas Woman's University participate regularly.

Students interested in doing graduate research at HPI must be enrolled in a regular graduate program at the University of Texas at Arlington. Information concerning admissions and policies can be obtained from the UTA Graduate School. We wish you the best in achieving your career objectives.


OPPORTUNITIES for UNDERGRADUATES

Opportunities also exist for undergraduates to pursue special topic research projects. Such projects frequently lead to graduate theses and sometimes to dissertations.
