Dr. Babak Fahimi's paper, entitled “Investigation of Electromagnetic Force Components in SRM Under Single and Multiphase Excitation", IAS Transactions, July/August 2005 has been selected to receive the 2006 Second Prize Paper Award of the IEEE Industry Applications Society.

This award will be presented at the Awards Luncheon at the IAS Annual Meeting, which this year will be held in Tampa, Florida, USA, October 8-12.
