This questionnaire is part of an effort to assess how well the graduates of our Electrical Engineering (EE) program at UTA are prepared for entry-level positions in electrical engineering.  We greatly appreciate your participation.
You have received this questionnaire from one of our recent graduates who works under your supervision.  Please provide the information requested.  Note that we are trying to assess our program and not the individual's.  In order to preserve anonymity, please do not identify yourself, your company, or the employee.
